1. Overview

Notify.domains is a domain monitoring service that helps users track domain names and receive notifications about changes, including price drops, availability, and security threats. Our service is designed to assist users in acquiring and protecting valuable domain assets.

2. Accounts

To use Notify.domains, you must create an account by providing accurate information, including your name and email address. By subscribing, you agree to pay any applicable fees and maintain accurate contact information for notifications.

3. Free Trial and Subscriptions

New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial of our service, limited to one domain. After the trial period, a subscription is required to continue accessing Notify.domains' features. If no subscription is started after the free trial expires, your account will become inactive, though your account information will be retained should you choose to reactivate your subscription.

4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Domain Monitoring

Notify.domains uses a single SKU, yearly subscription model. Your subscription quantity equals the number of domains you monitor. Pricing is tiered: volume discounts apply (e.g., up to 40% off at 51+ domains). Your renewal anniversary date is customer-specific, based on your first payment.

Adding domains: You may add domains anytime. Prorated charges or credits apply. Removing domains: You may remove domains anytime. Prorated credits are issued internally and roll forward for future domain adds. No Stripe refunds are issued for domain removals — credits are used instead.

Domain switching: If you acquire a domain you were monitoring and no longer need that slot, you may swap it for a different domain. Domain switching is limited to one swap per calendar month per subscription. When you swap, the old domain stops being monitored and all its data is deleted; the new domain begins monitoring immediately.

Cancellation: You may cancel at period end (your plan will not renew; access continues until the end of your current billing period). To remove your account, domains, and recurring subscription entirely, use Delete Account on your Profile page. To stop monitoring your last domain, you must cancel your subscription on the Billing page.

5. Data Collection and Usage

We collect and process several types of data to provide our services:

• Account information including your name and email address for registration and communications
• Domain-related data necessary for monitoring and notification purposes
• Basic usage data to maintain and improve our services

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide Notify.domains "as is" without any warranties. We don't guarantee that our service will always work perfectly or be available when you need it. While we strive to provide accurate domain monitoring, we can't guarantee 100% accuracy.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update this policy from time to time. Any updates will be communicated to users via email or through the website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Services are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Washington state.
