2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds after monitoring begins. This policy exists because:

• We provide a comprehensive 7-day free trial
• You can test all features before subscribing
• Our service begins delivering value immediately upon subscription

We do not refund unused domain slots. When you remove a domain, that prepaid slot stays on your account until the subscription renews, and no account credit is added. You can use that slot for another domain at no extra charge until then. At renewal, you are billed only for the domains still being watched.

3. Subscription Management

You can:

• Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Continue using the service until the end of your current billing period
