Telegram Alerts for Domain Changes

Notify.domains posts the same filtered instant alerts to Telegram that you get by email and Slack. Click Connect Telegram in notification settings, open our bot, tap Start, and alerts arrive as plain text with a link back to the domain in your dashboard. No webhook URL to copy.

Setup

  1. 1

    Connect in notification settings

From your account menu, open Notification Settings and click Connect Telegram. We open a chat with @NotifyDomains_bot.

  2. 2

Tap Start in the bot chat

In Telegram, tap Start so the bot can link your chat to your Notify.domains account. Return to notification settings; the page shows Connected when the link is complete.

  3. 3

    Choose which domains send alerts

Open a domain in the dashboard and open Instant notifications. Turn Telegram alerts for this domain on or off per hostname, the same way you control Slack and webhooks.

What you get

Mobile-friendly delivery

Telegram push notifications reach your phone without installing another workspace app. Useful when you are away from email or Slack.

Per-domain on/off

Telegram is available account-wide once connected. Enable or disable it per domain from the Instant notifications modal.

Same filters as email

Actionable-only detail level, mute rules, and marketplace dedupe apply to Telegram the same way they apply to email and Slack.

Easy to unlink

Disconnect from notification settings, or send /disconnect in the bot chat. Either action stops delivery immediately.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Telegram account?

Yes. Telegram is free and works on iOS, Android, desktop, and web. You only need the account you use to chat with the bot.

Can I use Telegram and Slack at the same time?

Yes. Connect both in notification settings and turn each channel on per domain. The same underlying change can post to email, Slack, Telegram, and a custom webhook if you enable them.

Does Notify.domains read my Telegram messages?

No. The bot only receives commands you send directly to it (for example Start and /disconnect) and sends alert messages we generate. We do not read your other chats.

What if I block the bot?

Telegram stops delivery and we clear the link on our side. Reconnect from notification settings when you want alerts again.
