Your brand domain is only the start. Typos, variant TLDs, competitor names, and look-alikes all matter. One of them could be the next phishing site aimed at your customers, or a competitor quietly preparing a launch. Notify.domains lets you watch every domain that touches your brand and alerts you only on the events that actually matter, without the noise of everything else.

How it works

1

Build your brand watchlist

Start with your canonical names, then add variant TLDs, common typos, competitors, and any domain your brand needs to know about.

2

We watch the signals that matter

Status codes, expiration dates, transfer locks, registrant and registrar changes, nameserver and DNS records, certificate expiry, redirects, page title and description, marketplace listings, site-dark events, and blocklist hits. 150+ attributes per domain, 25+ checks a day.

3

Alerts land where your team works

Route events into Slack, Telegram, a ticket queue, a shared inbox, or email. No single-point-of-failure inbox.

What you get

Own-domain protection

Catch missed renewals, DNS misconfigurations, SSL expiration, and registrar-level issues before they become outages.

Variant TLD monitoring

Know the moment the .net, .org, .co, or country-code version of your name becomes available or listed for sale.

Typo-squat and homoglyph watch

Track a defined set of typo and look-alike variants. See new registrations, infrastructure changes, and blocklist entries on them. You choose the variants; we do not auto-generate a list you did not ask for.

Competitor intelligence

Nameserver changes, registrar transfers, and redirects on competitor domains often signal launches, acquisitions, or pivots.

Multi-recipient alerts

Route alerts to multiple team members so no single inbox is a choke point. Recipients and channels are configurable per domain, so legal and ops do not have to read each other's noise.

Audit history per domain

Every change we detect is logged with its before and after value and a timestamp. Useful for incident postmortems and UDRP evidence. Registry-level transfer locks are worth watching too, since they often accompany a dispute.

Who this is for

In-house legal and brand teams

You need reliable monitoring that integrates with your team workflow, not just an email to one person.

Founders and operators

Small team, big stakes. You cannot afford a missed renewal or a hijacked typo name.

Security and trust teams

Typo and homoglyph watches feed your phishing response. Early detection means faster takedown.

Frequently asked questions

Can multiple team members get alerts?

Yes. Route alerts to several email addresses, a shared inbox, a Slack channel, Telegram, or an HTTPS webhook into your ticket queue. Recipients and channels are set per domain, so legal can see dispute signals while ops sees DNS changes.

How do I stop the alerts becoming noise?

Two ways. Channels are configured per domain, so a low-stakes defensive registration does not have to page the same people as your primary name, and there is a periodic digest instead of a stream. We also filter on our side: registrant changes are classified so a privacy toggle or a reformatted address does not get reported as an ownership change.

Can I monitor competitor domains?

Yes. Competitor domains are watched the same way as your own. Nameserver changes, registrar transfers, and site-dark events are the most telling signals.

What about typo and homoglyph variants?

Add them to your watchlist. We track status changes, new registrations, infrastructure changes, and marketplace listings the same as any other domain.

Does this replace an enterprise brand-protection suite?

For most small and mid-size teams, yes. Enterprise suites add takedown services and trademark enforcement workflows. Notify.domains focuses on detection, notification, and integration with your existing tools.
