We do not offer refunds after monitoring begins. This policy exists because:

• You can test all features before subscribing
• Our service begins delivering value immediately upon subscription

When you remove a domain from monitoring, prorated credits are issued internally and roll forward for future domain adds. These credits are not Stripe refunds — they are internal account credits. For dispute resolution, see our dispute policy and contact support.

3. Subscription Management

You can:

• Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Continue using the service until the end of your current billing period
