What We Monitor
We track over 150 attributes per domain. When any of these change, we record it and can notify you. The list below covers the main categories that show up in your alerts and emails. We support all TLDs in the IANA root zone.
Registration and status
Domain status (e.g. active, pending delete, redemption, available), expiration date, registrar, and registrant contact (name, organization, email, etc.). We notify you when a domain becomes available for registration (e.g. after it drops or leaves redemption). Status changes that suggest risk (e.g. pending delete) are treated as urgent. You can mute recycled registrant-email changes in Profile to reduce noise.
DNS and website
Nameservers, A, AAAA, MX (mail), CNAME, TXT, whether the domain resolves, and the final URL after redirects. We also track HTTP status (e.g. 200 vs 5xx), page title, and meta description so you know if the site goes down or its content changes.
SSL and blacklist
SSL certificate expiration and when a certificate has expired. We also check blacklist status so you can see if the domain has been listed on spam or security lists.
Marketplace listings
Listings and price changes on Afternic, Sedo, Atom, and more. We add marketplaces over time for broader coverage. We alert when a domain is listed or when the price changes. When a price change is detected we show the percent change (e.g. -10%) in alerts and emails so you can spot drops quickly.
Auctions
Auction listings and changes on GoDaddy Auctions, Dynadot, Sedo, Namecheap, Namejet, Namesilo, and more. We add auction sources over time for broader coverage. We notify when a domain appears in an auction or when listing details change.
What we do not track
We do not integrate with backorder or drop-catch services. We do not send time-based alerts like "auction ends in 1 hour." We only detect changes that have already happened.
