Adding and Managing Domains
You add domains from the dashboard. There is no connection to your registrar. We only need the domain name; we look up the rest ourselves. You can add notes, pause monitoring, or remove domains anytime.
How to add
Open the dashboard and click Add domains. Enter one domain per line. Use the format example.com. Do not include https://, www, or paths. You can add up to 100 domains per submission. Each new domain is validated before it is added.
Notes
You can attach a note to a domain on the same line. Use a pipe: example.com | Friend's domain. The note is for your reference only and is shown in the dashboard. Notes are optional and can be edited later from the domain detail view.
Pause and resume
From the domain detail panel you can pause monitoring. We stop checking that domain and no new alerts are generated. Your history is kept. Resume when you want checks and notifications to start again. Useful when you are not actively pursuing a domain but want to keep it in your list.
Swap domain
Swap replaces one domain with another while keeping your plan count. You give up the old domain slot and start monitoring the new one. You can swap one domain per calendar month. Use this when you no longer care about one name and want to track a different one without adding a new paid slot.
Remove domain
Removing a domain stops monitoring and deletes its data from your account. If you have a paid subscription, you receive a prorated credit that is applied when you add domains or at renewal. Credits do not expire. See Billing for details.
Owned vs unowned
You can monitor domains you own and domains you do not own. We do not need proof of ownership. Use the same add flow for both. Many users track dream domains, brand variations, or client domains in one account.
