Dynadot Market Now on Notify.domains
Founder, Notify.domains · ex-GoDaddy Director of Education · founder, DomainSherpa & DNAcademy
If you buy, sell, or catch through Dynadot, you already know it is more than a registrar. San Mateo-based Dynadot runs its own aftermarket, including Dynadot Auction inventory we have monitored for a long time, and a separate Dynadot Market shelf for fixed-price and make-offer listings. Until now, that Market feed did not sit next to Afternic, Sedo, Atom, Efty, Spaceship, NamePros, Gname, and Unstoppable Domains in one place while you tracked a domain.
It does now.
What shipped
Dynadot Market is a production marketplace partner on Notify.domains. When a domain you monitor is listed in Dynadot Market, you see it on the Marketplaces tab with the current ask (or make-offer status when that is what the listing publishes), and a link to the live search result on dynadot.com/market.
This is not a rename of Dynadot Auction. Auction coverage is unchanged: bid-style Dynadot Auction rows still appear on the Auctions tab with the same alert pipeline you already use. Dynadot Market is the buy-it-now / make-offer path, so a name can surface as a Market listing even when it is not in an active Dynadot auction.
You get the same marketplace alerts as our other venues: instant email, Slack, Telegram, or webhook when a listing appears, when the headline price moves, or when the listing is removed. No separate account wiring on your side. If you already monitor a domain, open your dashboard, pick the domain, and open Marketplaces. Dynadot Market appears alongside the partners you already know when we have data for that name.
Why this matters
Dynadot’s aftermarket is active enough that ignoring Market while only watching auctions leaves a gap. Domain Name Wire’s August 2026 read of Dynadot’s Q1 Quarterly Intelligence Report noted registrations up about 40% year over year, with Europe and North America growing much faster than Asia, and .com still dominating Dynadot aftermarket activity (about 77% of that activity in Q1, up about 54% year over year). Dynadot also reported crossing eight million domains under management in its 2025 recap. More registration volume and more aftermarket churn usually means more names that list for sale instead of (or after) an auction close.
A watched name can sit in Dynadot Market at a BIN or make-offer ask while GoDaddy Auctions, DropCatch, or even Dynadot Auction stay quiet. If you already register or auction at Dynadot, missing Market means missing the window where the domain is already for sale at a published price.
We still apply the same auction-versus-marketplace rules you already have. When a domain is in a bid-style auction and also shows an older marketplace BIN (including Dynadot Market), the dashboard tells you to use the auction. For background on listing types, see domain auctions explained and aftermarket monitoring.
What you will see in alerts
Market headlines look like our other marketplace rows: a clear ask when the domain is listed, or make-offer language when that is what Dynadot Market publishes. Supporting fields on the dashboard (listing type, View Listing) help you act. The headline row is what drives notifications. History records Dynadot Market changes over time when you need the trail later.
Dynadot Auction alerts stay on the auction path. You will not see Market and Auction collapsed into one card.
Who this helps
Investors who already watch Dynadot auctions and want the same single dashboard when a name lists for sale on Dynadot Market. Brokers tracking client names that sellers place on Dynadot’s market shelf. Founders waiting on one brandable who already use domain name monitoring for Afternic, Sedo, or Atom and do not want a separate Dynadot browser tab for every watched name.
If you are still mapping how aftermarket paths fit together, start from how to get a domain that is taken. Dynadot Market is another venue in that picture, not a replacement for watching grace, redemption, pending delete, or Dynadot Auction closes on names you care about.
